1. Who we are
123 Tax is a trade name of 123-NL B.V., Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, KVK 88560686, VAT no. NL864689561B01. These terms apply to every quote, assignment and subscription of 123 Tax.
2. The assignment
The assignment starts when you sign up in the portal or confirm a quote or request. We carry out the assignment with care; this is an obligation of effort, not of result.
3. Your information
You provide all information and documents on time, complete and correct. We rely on the accuracy of what you provide. The consequences of incorrect, incomplete or late information – such as fines or additional assessments – are your responsibility.
4. Approval and filing
You check every return and approve it before we file it. After your approval we file the return on your behalf. You pay any tax due to the Belastingdienst yourself.
5. Identification
Under the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft) we must verify your identity. Without a valid identity document we cannot carry out the assignment.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are on the Prices page. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, via Mollie. One-off services are paid before we start, unless agreed otherwise. Prices may change once a year; we tell you at least 30 days in advance.
7. Term and cancellation
The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid month. The yearly subscription runs until the end of the paid period and is not renewed if you cancel before the renewal date. Paid periods are not refunded.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, or for damage caused by incorrect or late information from you, or by outages at the Belastingdienst or other third parties.
9. Retention
We keep your records and returns for as long as the law requires, usually seven years. You can read more in our privacy statement.

11. Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Oost-Brabant.

These terms apply from 28 October 2026. If a translation differs from the Dutch text, the Dutch text prevails.
