Every BV must prepare annual accounts (jaarrekening), file them with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) and file a corporate tax return (vennootschapsbelasting). We do all three for one fixed price a year.

Questions
Do you also do the bookkeeping of my BV?
Yes. The VAT portal works for a BV too, or we do the complete bookkeeping for a fixed monthly price on request.
I have a holding and an operating BV. What does it cost?
€ 349 for the holding plus € 549 for the operating BV. In a fiscal unity you file one corporate tax return for both.
What do you need from me?
Your bookkeeping for the year, the bank balances on 31 December and any loan agreements between you and the BV.
Can you also do my own tax return as DGA?
Yes, for € 79 – including box 2 for dividend and the check of your customary salary.
